Travel

I love travelling. It is, unfortunately, an expensive hobby, but totally worth it.

My all time favorite holiday (and first time as a 'real' backpacker) was to Japan. I know this sounds stupid, but everything was just sooooo "Japanese". It had everything I enjoy in a holiday: fascinating culture and delicious food... but at the same time: the public transport, accommodation, shopping and bathing - everything that I took for granted - was turned upside down and turned into a confusing and complex process. It was awesome fun.

I've travelled both alone, and with friends - they're completely diferent expriences, but both are very worthwhile. Here are a few short essays on travel:

Seriously, if you've got the chance, and have never been overseas: Go! You'll love it. Put off that car or mortgage, travel while you're young and you can!
